Qorus® Dolce 1100:
- Is created for partial sugar reduction in Softdrinks, up to 50-60% reduction.
- Ingredients: AcesulfamK and Sucralose in a specific ratio plus Sweetness Modifiers
(labelling: natural Flavours)

- In sweet softdrinks the Sweetness Equivalent (SE)
- is approx. 230-260 times sweeter than sugar.
- In near water applications, up to 3-5° Brix, it is brilliant as full sugar replacement.
- In beermix application it tastes also nice and Sweetness Equivalent
is approx. 280 times sweeter than sugar.
- Sweetness Equivalent is here approx. 300-330 times sweeter than sugar.
Qorus® Dolce 2100, 2150 & 4100, 4150:
- are created for full sugar replacement in sweet Softdrinks
- Ingredients: AcesulfamK and Sucralose in a specific ratio plus Sweetness Modifiers
(labelling: natural Flavours)

- In sweet softdrinks is the Sweetness Equivalent of QD 2100 and QD 2150
approx. 260-300 times sweeter than sugar.
- QD 4100 & 4150 is designed for higher sugar replacement up to 15-20° Brix
and has higher Sweetness Equivalent of approx. 320-380 times sweeter than sugar
- In beermix application QD 2100 and QD 2150 are the preferred recommendation
and the Sweetness Equivalent is approx. 330-350 times sweeter than sugar.
Qorus Dolce Natural
Qorus® Dolce Natural 5100:
- is created as natural alternative based on selected Stevia Extracts
- Ingredients: Stevia Extracts plus Sweetness Modifiers (natural Flavours)
- patented technology
- traceability back to the plant/ seed
- It cannot be used for full sugar replacement in sweet Softdrinks,
but to replace 30-50% sugar it works well
- In softdrinks with lower sweetness level (up to 8° Brix),
it can be used as single sweetener.
